At Sutra Mens Studio, customer satisfaction is important to us. Refund requests are
evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness for both customers and the business.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered only if:
• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• A complete unboxing video and supporting photographs are provided.
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product passes our verification process.
Refund Approval Process
All refund requests are subject to review by our quality assurance team. Approval is not
automatic and depends upon the findings of the verification process.
Indore Shirts Company reserves the right to approve, partially approve, replace, exchange,
provide store credit, or decline a refund request where evidence is insufficient or the product
does not meet eligibility requirements.
Refund Method
Approved refunds may be issued through:
• Original payment method
• Bank transfer (where applicable)
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the
payment provider and banking channels.
Fraud Prevention
To protect against fraudulent claims, requests submitted without proper documentation,
including a complete unboxing video, may not qualify for a refund.
