At Sutra Men Studio, we strive to deliver premium-quality apparel. If you receive a
product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what was
ordered, you may request a return or exchange subject to verification.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- To be eligible, customers must:
Raise the request within 48 hours of delivery. - Provide clear photographs of the product.
- Provide a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video starting from the sealed
package opening. - Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, unworn, and has all original tags and
packaging intact.
Inspection & Approval
All return and exchange requests undergo a quality verification process by our team.
Submission of photos or videos does not automatically guarantee approval.
The final decision regarding acceptance of a return or exchange request shall be made after
reviewing the provided evidence and product condition.
Non-Returnable Items
- Returns or exchanges will generally not be accepted for:
- Products without an unboxing video.
Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery. - Requests made after the specified reporting period.
- Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance caused by lighting, photography, or
screen settings.
Exchange Process
If approved, the product may be exchanged for the same item, a different size (subject to
availability), or another product of equivalent value as determined by our team.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges where applicable.
